About this study
Blinded clinical concept adjudication
Marqi Medical is conducting a blinded clinical concept adjudication study. The goal is to have independent physician reviewers evaluate de-identified discharge-summary excerpts and determine whether specific clinical concepts are present, absent, or uncertain.
Reviewers should make judgments based only on the text shown in the form. Do not infer information that is not stated or clearly supported by the excerpt.
For each assigned item, select
- Yes if the concept is clearly present.
- No if the concept is clearly absent or contradicted.
- Uncertain if the excerpt is silent, incomplete, conflicting, or not strong enough to support a clear Yes or No.
Confidence should reflect support
- High: clear support.
- Medium: some ambiguity.
- Low: limited or weak support.
Please provide a brief rationale whenever the judgment is Uncertain or confidence is Medium/Low. For High-confidence Yes/No responses, rationale may be optional unless requested.
